Treatment Menu
For all first-time patients, we require a full history and examination: this visit allots 40 minutes, at a discount from our normal hourly rate to be more accessible.
For last-minute new patient bookings, we offer a condensed (30-minute) visit at our usual rate.
FSA/HSA cards are accepted, and you can access receipts (superbills) in your online account if you seek reimbursement from your insurance company. While we do accept TriWest, we do not process private insurance. Southern Ute tribal insurance holders are reimbursed.
Initial Exam
Required for all new patients
New Patient Visit: Initial exam + Treatment, 40 minutes.
$99.Last-minute/Emergency New Patient Visit: Initial exam + Treatment, 30 minutes.

Follow-up visits range based on your needs, from 20 minutes to a full hour.
For patients in a hurry, the adjustment-only treatment (no muscle work) takes 5-10 minutes.
If you are a candidate for a Deep Fascial Stripping visit, your provider will discuss that in-person.

If you’re a former patient, but have not seen us in over three years, we ask that you book an Initial Exam visit so that we can go over any changes in your medical history.
